1/2 TSP cardomon powder
2 drops kevera essence
1/4 cup desi ghee
1 TSP poppy seeds
1/4 cup crushed mix nuts almond cashew pista and a few raisins
pinch salt
pinch of cooking soda
warm milk 1/4 cup 1 TSP
dry fruits and poppy seed for garnishing
