Volvo C30 facelift - Discussion with the designers

In this video the new facelifted 2011 Volvo C30 is being discussed. Fedde Talsma (who's from The Netherlands) is responsible for the new look. Did you know Talsma won a design-contest of a Dutch car magazine for designing a new Volvo 340? With that design Volvo was convinced it was a big talent and hired Talsma for designing the Volvo 460 (Talsma also worked on the 480 and 440). The Volvo C30 was facelifted because the new S60 was launched and Volvo wanted to update the looks of the C30, S40, V50 and C70. The S40 and V50 got a new grille, but the C30 and C70 got a new front which was in line with the new S60 and V60.
