After coming out of jail, Arvind Kejriwal took a sigh of relief but the Swati Maliwal case seems to have create more trouble for Delhi CM. Voting for Delhi Lok Sabha seats will be held on 25 May 2024. Just before elections, Aam Aadmi Party's Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal alleged that Kejriwal's PA Vibhav Kumar, inside the Delhi CM house, assaulted her.

Swati Maliwal has been an active member of the Indian Against Corruption movement led by social activist Anna Hazare and Arvind Kejriwal. After the formation of Arvind Kejriwal government in 2015, Maliwal was also appointed the chairperson of Delhi Women Commission. He was also AK's advisor for some time, in January 2024 AK made him a member of Rajya Sabha.

What happened suddenly that Swati came to CM house and did not even get her AK. After this some videos appear and people start partying. Aam Aadmi Party says that this is BJP's trick whereas BJP has made it an election issue. Let us understand the chronology of the case.
This incident took place on 13th May but the FIR was filed on 16th May. On May 14, AAP leader Sanjay Singh said that Swati Maliwal had been misbehaved at the Chief Minister's residence. The first question that arises here is that despite being so aware and educated, why did Swati file the FIR after 3 days?

The second question is that why did Sanjay Singh not say anything after this and what kept him quiet. The strangest thing in this matter is that Arvind Kejriwal has not given any comment on the whole matter.
The next question is to Swati Maliwal that even though she is an AAP MP, why did she not say anything about the raging Ravenna sexual incident, why did she not raise her voice on Manipur violence?
Delhi Police conducted medical checkup of Swati and found some injury marks on her body. In response to this, Aam Aadmi Party released 2 videos in which they claimed that Swati was not injured. Has AK's PA been arrested from the CM house? Has he not got bail yet?
In the case of assault, Delhi Police showed full involvement in this case. Police of any state should learn from Delhi Police because according to NCRB, crimes have been committed against 4.50 lakh women in 2022 alone.
National Family Health Survey was conducted between 2019 and 2021 which revealed that 29 percent women experienced domestic and sexual violence, out of which 3 percent were pregnant women.
Delhi Police should learn from DP that it should be as active as it is in the Swati Maliwal case and should be equally active in the cases of other women too so that everyone gets justice timely. Sawati case should be investigated with impartiality so that the truth comes out and the culprit is found.
