DOUGH:
3 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt

1 1/4 cup Milk heated to 110~ F
1 TBS yeast
2 TBS Sugar
3 TBS Butter
Rest 5 minutes to bloom yeast.

Added to Flour mixture, 1 Egg w 1 yolk. Knead for 5 to 8 min until smooth.
Rise 30 min to 1 hour
Shape into desired shape.
for Mini crescent, raise 20 min.
Bake 350~ 10-12 min.
Opt: top with Melted Garlic butter

Cinnamon Rolls:
Rollout, spread Butter, brown sugar, cinnamon.
Cut and bake rolls depending on size:
Mini cinnamon: 350~ 12 to 15 min

White Chocolate Party mix
4 cups corn Chex
2 cups Rice Chex
4 cups cheerios
4 cups pretzel sticks
1 cup peanuts
6 squares almond bark melted: 1 min, then 15 seconds at a time until melted.
Pour over mixture above and stir until coated.
Melt more squares if you want a thicker coating.
Store in air tight container.
