You've Never Seen a Kohlrabi Like This! | Garden Oddities - Growing Kohlrabi | Guten Yardening

We love our kohlrabi. The taste is superb. The versatility is outstanding. But, when we decided to overwinter some of our kohlrabi plants this year to collect the seeds, we had no idea the results we would get would go far beyond simple seed collection. These past two years of growing kohlrabi have provided a great learning opportunity.

These purple kohlrabi and Early White Vienna kohlrabi ended up growing in a very different way than anything we had ever seen before, and the results are both perplexing and exciting.

In this video, we show you the surprise results of overwintering these kohlrabi, and we ask you for your opinion about why you think they have developed in the way that they have.
