Unboxing Tetra Whisper 300 Air Pump for Aquariums

Today's unboxing is the Tetra Whisper 300 air pump.

Is it really 'whisper' quiet? Or is it all a marketing ploy?

Will it aerate more than one tank?

One of the biggest issues with my current cheap ebay four outlet air pump is that it is not quiet. Whilst it's not loud, it creates a constant hum and uncomfortable background sound. However, being four outlets and having variable air flow capabilities makes it a really powerful air pump.

The Tetra Whisper 300 is true to its word. It truly IS WHISPER QUIET! Sorry for shouting that, but it is not just marketing. It is true.

I bought this from Amazon for $49. For that price, I should have bought two!

Tetra, if you want to send me air pumps to test, I'd happily accept!
