Скачать или смотреть (AFTER) New McCain Traffic Lights (Valley Blvd & Hickory St)

This is the (AFTER) video of the new traffic lights that are here now in the same spot as the old signals were in the (BEFORE) video. The reason for this is because new apartments were being built to the right of me and the sidewalk was probably moved. I couldn't get a perfect view of the signals because the road behind me was fenced off and closed so this was the best I could get. The pedestrian signal over there is a countdown now. I don't understand why the city could of just covered up the signals since the road was closed behind me. The older signals that used to be here were old McCain traffic lights and a neon pedestrian light and you will see that in the BEFORE video below.
