How to paint whiskers and fine lines in acrylics | Tips for using a liner brush

How paint whiskers and fine lines. How to use a liner brush for these fine details is all in the paint to water ratio. Not enough water in the mixture will prevent the paint from flowing off the brush whereas to much water will make the details very transparent or run in extreme cases.
