Collecting all 190 Herbs in Bailu earns you the Wild Wild Plant hoarder trophy.
I collected 191 which included the Chai hu root needed for elder yeh sub quest Medicine Delivery.
Chai hu root only spawns after you start that sub quest available after talking to Mr Su about the
Verdant Bridge.
After talking to Su you will have access to the whole of Bailu allowing you to collect all the herbs.
