Manatees at Blue Springs State Park Florida

If you are in Florida during the cooler months, make sure to visit Blue Springs State Park. The day we were here (1/24/2013), there were over 350 manatees. Absolutely beautiful.
The spring add over 100 million gallons of water daily. There are also many fish you will see along with the manatees such as longnose gar, Florida Gar, and bullheads.
The park covers over 2600 acres and the river is a constant 72 degrees year round.The river is popular for fishing, canoeing, and boating. River boat tours are also available at extra cost.
