This project is the most complete restoration of a Jeep that I've done yet. It took about a year to do it and included a full disassembly right to the frame which got sandblasted. Then I slowly put it all back together.
Here's what we did to it:
Frame sandblasted, painted inside then rust encapsulated and frame painted outside
All fluids jeep wide replaced
All new brake lines, master cylinder, wheel cylinders, wheel brake hardware, shoes, emergency brake
New shocks
New tires, New rims
New u-joints, ball joints, sway bar mounts, shackles, body mounts, wheel bearings
Engine checked for pressure, heads checked, new Edelbrock performer cam & lifters, new Edelbrock performer intake, Edelbrock 600 cfm 4 bbl carb
Almost all hardware (nuts & bolts) replaced
New clutch, new starter, rebuilt alternator, new battery and all battery/starter cabling. All new water hoses, fan shroud and associated hardware.
New valve cover studs, exhaust studs, valve cover gaskets, oil filler cap, electric oil pressure sender and intake manifold bolts.
New Painless wiring harness, new tach, clock, oil pressure, voltmeter, fuel and temp gauges.
New horn, dash indicator lights, headlights, front marker lights, 6" front aux lighting, and rear bumper lights
New hood hinges, windshield hinges, hood tie downs, fender flares
New windshield glass and all rubber surrounds
New paint outside, undercoated, and Raptor Liner inside tub
Seats repaired as needed
There are a bunch of other little things I'm sure I'm missing but you get the idea!
