近50年，辦公室科技用品一直上演著驚人的演變。1970年代辦公桌一定有碳紙打字機、電話和紙筆，電腦仍然是一部大型笨重的機器，主機需要多個使用者共享。到了70年代末進入80年代，辦公桌由打字機換成了IBM PC和蘋果Macintosh等個人桌上電腦。元祖文字處理軟體如WordStar和WordPerfect，試算表鼻祖Lotus 1-2-3和Microsoft Excel崛起，加上傳真機和影印機助攻，徹底改變了辦公室的格。往後30年進入數位時代，無紙化的工作流程，電子郵件、雲端、平板電腦和智能手機，紙張及傳統文具亦逐步淡出，人工智能的出現不知道使得人們都變成了歷史遺物，不過科技這些東西並不是每個辦公室都能跟得上的。我們上網呼籲大家，有沒有一些辦公室或同事非常落後的例子，結果反應非常熱烈收到很多回應。

歷史上每次顛覆性進展帶來時代變革時，都會伴隨著反對聲音。19世紀的工業革命中，盧德運動成為一個典型例子，當機械化開始取代手工藝時﹐許多工匠感到受到威脅，他們擔心機器會奪走他們的工作和尊嚴，同時破壞傳統生活方式，因此他們以破壞機器和工廠的方式表達對工業變革的抗議。AI出現，全球的人力報告都說未來會淘汰過億打工仔，新一波機器取代人的「盧德時刻」即將到來，連日常科技都未上手的你，這種覺得不用學，那種又說學不來，敵人從來都不是AI，你自己！邀請你進來今集《Pantry有嘢斟》一起做測試，看看你有多容易接受新事物，又可以點樣訓練自己，避免成為一個落後的人等淘汰。

Sees themselves as UNCHANGING AND UNCHANGEABLE. Life is about discovering yourself and searching for where you fit into the world.

9 – 16 LOW GROWTH
Change and GROWTH IS VERY LIMITED. See themselves as "not cut out for" some domains. Amount of growth possible in other domains is limited.

17 – 24 MIXED
Limited Growth Mindset - believes they are capable of GROWTH IN A LIMITED NUMBER OF DOMAINS. Life offers only limited choices.

25 – 32 GROWTH
Sees themselves as CAPABLE OF SIGNIFICANT GROWTH in most domains. Sees great choices in life. May see themselves as restricted from significant growth in some domains.

33 – 40 HIGH GROWTH
Understand they can CHANGE THEIR MOST BASIC CHARACTERISTICS. Life is about deciding what you want to be and creating the abilities required to reach goals.
