Q: what art program do you use?
A: TVPaint 10!

Q: what FPS do you animate at?
A: 18! (but in this video specifically the framerate of the video itself is technically 30FPS because in editing i couldnt export it at 18fps, but the animation itself is all 18!)

Q: what art tablet do you use?
A: XP-PEN Artist 15.6 Pro!
