This glowing skin smoothie/drink is full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It’s also light, healthy, colourful and tastes like heaven. All the ingredients (fruits and vegetables) I have used are perfect to get beautiful, clear, flawless and youthful skin, and If you eat properly, exercise regularly along with this beauty drink, you will get amazing results. Many skin problems are related to the unhealthy food we eat or the toxic lifestyle we live. Smoothies are the perfect way to detoxify the body and it’s a healthy habit in our daily lives. I love to have this drink early morning, it’s ready in less than 5 minutes, is nourishing, satisfying and so delicious especially with a touch of lemon.
