3-phase motor forward reverse wiring & plc programing

The realization of forward and reverse rotation of a 3-phase asynchronous motor only needs to exchange the positions of any two phase wires. (Single-phase asynchronous motors need to be wired according to the nameplate instructions to achieve the purpose of forward and reverse rotation).

In general, the forward and reverse rotation of the motor mainly requires the following electrical components:
One forward and one reverse contactor,
One button each for forward, reverse and stop,
Breaker,
Thermal relay,
Three-phase asynchronous motor

PLC&hardware control logic:
Press the forward button, the motor will rotate forward and can self-hold.
Press the reverse button, the motor will reverse after disconnecting the forward circuit and self-holding.
Press the stop button to stop the motor.
