This short video explains how easy it is to merge patients or prescribers within the PharmCD electronic CD register.

If multiple records have accidentally been created for the same patient or prescriber, then you're able to merge those records together within PharmCD. Merging 2 records will deactivate one of the records (the "duplicate record") meaning that it can no longer be selected as an option when making new entries in future. However, historical CD entries made against the duplicate record will still be listed in reports that are run against the other "master record".
