NEW SERIES!
In this video, I wanted to find out how possible it would be to become a Director of Football in FM as opposed to a manager. I've tried saves where I allow the DOF to do all of the transfers, and I wanted to try flipping it so that I do the transfers and a "head coach" does everything else... I put myself in charge at Tottenham Hotspur and started the process of finding a new assistant-manager-turned-head-coach. Turns out, it brings about many trials and tribulations and it's a whole load of fun! Let's make it a series!
