90 years ago, Ole Kirk Kristiansen, a Danish carpenter, created a range of small wooden toys in his workshop in Billund, Denmark. What he didn't know was that the LEGO® Group would become one of the world's largest toy companies and inspire millions of children to play each year. To celebrate its anniversary, the LEGO® Group is transforming the world into a giant playground and unveiling a never-before-seen exhibition in the center of Paris. Fans of all ages will discover the behind-the-scenes history of the brand in a fun and participatory event celebrating 90 years of creativity. Galerie Joseph is proud to welcome the LEGO® brand in one of its most beautiful places in the capital and to accompany it in the realization of such an event.

During this exhibition, we were able to discover rare archival pieces, dating back to the creation of the brand, as well as iconic building sets, novelties and giant LEGO® brick creations created for the occasion. Traveling through the different universes, from LEGO® DUPLO® to LEGO® City, LEGO® Friends, LEGO DOTS™, LEGO® NINJAGO®, LEGO® Technic, LEGO® Minecraft™, LEGO Jurassic World™, LEGO Star Wars™, LEGO® Ninjago®, LEGO Super Mario™, LEGO Harry Potter™, LEGO Marvel, LEGO® DC BATMAN™, and the LEGO® Adult Universe, everyone will be able to reconnect with their favorite characters and adventures! All of this will be staged in a colorful and creative setting to feast your eyes on. Not to mention an original dive into the history of the brand, in a space dedicated to its evolution and the key dates that have made it a timeless playmate even today!

The LEGO® Group is convinced that learning is best done while having fun, and this exhibition is no exception to the rule! Discovering the history of the brand and its commitments is good, doing it while playing is better! Fun and interactive activities will be offered throughout the visit.

The brick and the mythical LEGO® mini-figure inspire the most extraordinary creations. The builders of today and tomorrow can let their imagination run wild. It is therefore quite natural that artists take hold of the brand every day to imagine unique works. LEGO® is now anchored in the world of art and pop culture.
