This is a video of a signal I have been calling the MFSK Oddity in my log books. I have been seeing this signal in various formats for a couple of years, since at least some time in mid 2020. I apologize for the incomplete nature of the video, I have been meaning to do a good, annotated, video on this signal, but real life has gotten in the way. So I uploaded a few short clips just to show the basic of the signal. A better, more detailed, video will be uploaded eventually, but that could be some time out.

This version appears to have 4 possible data channels, each of 3 FSK. Each "data" channel is a repeating cycle of 16 bits. The pulse interval is 50 msec, and the occupied bandwidth is about 2.6 kHz. During this recording there is no change in any data, just repeating the same 16 bit cycles, over and over.

It cannot be ruled out that there is more than simple MFSK in use here.

The MFSK Oddity has been tentatively associated with HFT (High Frequency Trading). This association is based on TDOA geolocation and traditional HFDF to areas near known HFT licensees. The frequencies used generally also match HFT licensees. One possible source is a company called 10Band LLC. However, arguing against HFT is the fact that the apparent data does not change often. And HFT uses radio to gain microsecond advantages over other link technologies, but these data bits, have multiple millisecond intervals, sometimes up to 1 full second between bits.
