Backhand Grip

How to grip a disc has got to be one of the leading questions we get on the channel. And it makes sense. There is soooooo much information on how to grip a disc out there that it can be hard and frustrating to sift through it all. Honestly, it would make my life way easier if there were a consensus on how to do it properly. I'm not going to say I'm correct on this one, but here's what I currently teach.
