From my father's archive is this film showing a Fowler Road Roller 15854 'Dreamer' driven by Jim Smith which was the last Council owned Steam Roller in Yorkshire. Not sure of the year or location but could possibly be Earby (historically West Riding of Yorkshire). Please comment if you can identify the location and year. Thank You.
