2. Instant Yeast - 1/2 tsp
3. Sugar - 4 tsp
4. Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
5. Grated Coconut -1/2 cup
6. Salt - as required
7. Water

Cooked Batter/Paste for Appam:
1. Appam Batter - 2 tbsp
2. Water - 2 Cups

Chettinad Chicken:
1. Coriander Seeds - 4 tsp
2. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
3. Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
4. Bay Leaf - 2
5. Cinnamon - 1 inch
6. Red Chillies - 4-5
7. Star Anise - 1
8. Mace - 1
9. Black Stone Flower - 1 tsp
10. Cardamom - 2
11. Clove - 4-5
12. Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
13. Oil - 3 tbsp
14. Curry Leaves - 15-20
15. Shallots - 1 Cup (150 gm)
16. Ginger-Garlic Paster - 2 tsp
17. Chicken - 700 gm
18. Tomatoes - 2
19. Salt - As required
20. Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
21. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
22. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
23. Coriander for garnish
