Lightweight, accurate, compact, and easy to store on the boat
The bumpboard I got was gray and not green like what is pictured in the ad photo, but I actually like the gray color better. I took a black sharpie and highlighted the measurement numbers to make them a little easier to read. I have a twleve foot Jon boat that I fish from so I like that the board is compact when collapsed. It's very light as well. I haven't tested it to see if it will float in the water, but it has some styrofoam integrated into the board, so I image that would help it float. The concave shape in the board helps craddle the fish and keep it from sliding off the board or flopping around. It's nice to have an accurate way to measure fish. I'm really happy with this board, and I'd definitely recommend it to any fishing enthusiast.
