CARAMEL CHEESE TOAST

Ingredients

¾ cup brown sugar
4 cheese slices
8 white bread slices
1 cup butter

Method

1. Take butter in a bowl. Add brown sugar and beat till light and fluffy.
2. Place 4 bread slices on worktop and place 1 cheese slice on each slice of bread. Cover with remaining bread slices and apply the beaten mixture.
3. Heat a nonstick tawa. Place the prepared sandwich (the sugar mixture side on tawa) and apply remaining sugar mixture on the upper bread layer. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
4. Flip and cook for 4-5 minutes more.
5. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
