🌟 2 Unique Momo Gravies: Nepali Jhol & Creamy Malai 🌟

✨ Ingredients:
For Jhol Momo:
Steamed Momos
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Dry red chilies - 2-3
Garlic - 2 cloves (chopped)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Magaj (melon seeds) - 1 tbsp
Cashews - 1 tbsp (chopped)
Salt - to taste
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
For Creamy Malai Momo:
Steamed Momos
Butter - 1 tbsp (for frying)
Garlic - 2 cloves (chopped)
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Oregano - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves - for garnish
✨ Method:
Jhol Momo:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them crackle.
2. Add dry red chilies, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Sauté.
3. Add onion, tomato, magaj, and cashews. Cook until soft.
4. Add chili powder, turmeric, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
5. Cool the mixture, blend into a smooth paste, and transfer to a bowl.
6. Add steamed momos, toss, and coat evenly. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Creamy Malai Momo:
1. Pan-fry steamed momos in butter until golden. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, melt more butter and add garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add onion, cook until soft, then mix in fresh cream.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir to create a creamy sauce.
5. Add the fried momos back to the sauce, mix gently, and garnish with coriander leaves.
