Dwight and Chow (author of Thailand's Top Street Food Stalls) eat a dying breed of street food, completely handmade noodles. The artisinal noodles at the 80 year old Bamee Gua are made in house from the noodles themselves, to the pickled vegetables and stuffed dumplings. This stall is great way to look back to old times in Bangkok and get perspective on how things have changed in the last 100 years in Bangkok's street food scene.

Bamee Gua (also spelled Bamee Kua) is located on Langsuan Road, opposite the area between soi 6 and soi 7 alleys.
