Creamy White Sauce Pasta

Ingredients for chicken preparation:
Chicken boneless (strips) 500 g
Shan Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Creamy White Sauce Pasta:
Butter 3 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Shan Ginger Garlic Paste 1 ½ tbsp.
Cream 1 ½ cup
Milk 2 cups
Oregano 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Penne pasta (boiled) 2 cups
Prepared chicken
Parsley (chopped) as required
Black olives (sliced) as required
Red chili flakes (for sprinkle)

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken, Shan Ginger Garlic Paste, chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili flakes, black pepper crushed, salt and mix it well.
2. Now in a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy White Sauce Paste Preparation:
3. In a pot heat butter and add oil. Add Shan Ginger Garlic Paste and cook for a minute.
4. Now add cream and cook for another minute.
5. Add milk and bring it to a simmer. Now add oregano, garlic powder, black pepper crushed and salt. Cook for 1-2 mins. Add cheddar cheese and cook until cheese melts.
6. Now add boiled pasta, prepared chicken and give it a good mix.
7. Now dish it out and garnish it with parsley, black olives and red chili flakes. Your Creamy White Sauce Pasta is ready. Serve and enjoy.
