Salt Water Fix and Right Brained Bliss - Arugam Bay Sri Lanka: LalithAnanda

Growing up in the hill town of Kandy, Sri Lanka - school holidays were the only times we could get to the ocean - usually around Colombo. Now - living in Ottawa, Canada makes it even harder to get my salt water fix.
Salt water's therapeutic nature helps me to forget all my troubles - not to mention the Arugam Bay vibe where a diversity of people - locals and visitors - seem to thrive in - I can sense it in the air.
It makes it easier to transcend the 'get things done at any cost' Left Brain to let go to open up the Right Brain to take things as they come.
Also to say that one does not need to come to an exotic beach town to become Whole-Brained.
A daily mindfulness practice enables me to find that balance to get into the flow of life at most times.
For now though - I will indulge in the warm and buoyant Indian ocean and enjoy it"s bliss
