Sony DVP-SR510H Review & Unboxing [HDMI Upconversion]

Hi guys, and welcome back to yasminecollects! Today we are talking about the Sony DVP-SR510H DVD player made in 2023. DVD as a format (and physical media in general) is not the hot topic that it used to be, but I truly believe now is the time to get yourself a player and free yourself from streaming!

I can't believe how many mistakes I made setting a simple DVD player up LOL, I kept the footage in for the laughs. It's been a WEEK you guys...

I generally focus on retro tech/vintage power electronics on this channel, but I needed this player for practical use. This is definitely not an exhaustive review, consider it more of a chaotic first impressions of sorts. I bought this in "open box" condition. I highly recommend this route, it's cheaper AND kinder to our planet. E-waste is something I consider frequently. No need to add to the problem
