It gives us immense pleasure to announce Sub Inspector Rajbir Singh as the Civil Services Achievers Awardee for the Third Edition of HGA'2023. Rajbir Singh started his career with the Haryana Police in Oct 2000. His interest in the challenging role developed due to his desire to make the community better by protecting and serving. By passion, he is an athlete in the Powerlifting game. In 2017, he was awarded the Gold Medal in Powerlifting at Faridabad. There was no looking back after and he has been awarded 38 medals (Gold, Silver and Bronze) in several championships held in different states to date. In 2022, he was selected for the National Championship of Bench Press (Powerlifting) held at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. In Jan 2023, he received Silver Medal in the National Championship. After that on behalf of his performance in the National Bench Press Championship he was selected for the World Bench Press (International Powerlifting Federation) Championship held in South Africa where he got the Br Medal for the country. Now he is ready for the World Police Fire Games held at Winnipeg, Canada from July 27 to Aug 03. Due to his open-mindedness, resilience, assertiveness and maturity, he has worked with numerous departments of the Haryana Police in various capacities at Gurugram in the last 10 years. To name a few- additional Charge of OSI Branch, SIS (Security Intelligence and Surveillance) branch in the office of the Commissioner of Police Gurugram, Police Chowki Incharge Nathupur DLF Ph-III Gurugram. Currently, he is serving as the Incharge at the VRC (Verification Cell) branch in the office of Deputy Commissioner of Police Headquarters Gurugram. Rajbir Singh is an intelligent, proactive and ethical officer who has respect and knowledge of the Laws and office work. He has received 10 Commendation Certificates and cash awards by the Commissioner of Police Gurugram in the last 6 years.
