The Terran Emperor has summoned The Other to him at Pahvo in the mirror universe and he has designs for it. The Federation has assembled a fleet to stop The Terran Emperor, but perhaps The Other is the one that needs to be stopped. If either of them fulfils their plan first, we all lose.
