Milano Design Week 2024 - A Quick Recap

Design Week in Milan is an exciting event that every builder, designer, stylist, decorator, and engineer has on their wish list to visit at least once and see what the hype is about. I travel there every second year because Eurocucina (Kitchen Furniture and Technology) and Salone Internazionale del Bagno (Bathroom Furniture and Design) are shown together within the yearly show of Salone Del Mobile (Milan International Furniture Fair).
Fuorisalone (Outside the Fair) includes everything that happens at the same time but around the city itself, especially in focused areas like Brera, Tortona, 5Vie, Via Durini and many more. For 2024, 900+ events were listed in the official calendar, and I'd be lying if I said that I've been able to see more than just a portion of it...
However, here is a small selection of the 7000+ images we took in just a few days to give you an idea of what a few days in Milan might look like. My job is to gather as much information as possible and report what's relevant to the Australian market upon my return to Australia as a speaker to live audiences and to my clients.
