The Future of Vancouver's Skytrain Network

August 30, 2018 - Earlier this year I posted a video chronicling the history of Vancouver's Skytrain, from the original line that opened just prior to Expo '86, up to the Evergreen Extension of the Millennium Line to Coquitlam.

Today, let's look to the future! Starting with the the current plans to expand to Millennium Line through Central Broadway to UBC and a plethora of ideas in Surrey, let's look at how the future of the rapid transit network - Skytrain and otherwise - will look in Metro Vancouver in the coming years (or decades)!

Much of this has been based on actual plans that have been floated and some time, my various planners, mayors, and other politicians in the region. I have added these extensions in the order of likelihood of coming to fruition, as well as pure necessity.
