In this video I am sharing something that sounds a bit strange at first but it is one of the most powerful skills you can develop.

Yes, LEARNING TO IGNORE. If you really want to achieve your goals, you need to master the art of IGNORING. Ignore distractions, ignore negativity and sometimes even ignore the doubts in your own head.

I’m going to show you exactly how to do this with some personal examples and of course, a few fun tips that you can start using today.

Okay, so how do you actually LEARN to ignore?

Don’t worry, I’ve a few tips for you and they’re simple.
Follow these the next time you find yourself getting distracted, pulled down by negativity, or doubting your own abilities—just remember: learn to ignore. It’s not about turning a blind eye to everything; it’s about being selective with your attention and energy.

If you can do that, you’ll be amazed at how much you can accomplish.

Who am I?
I am Lipika Sud - an Entrepreneur, Designer, Artist, Content Creator and Teacher. I practice Interior Design as it is my passion and have run several companies successfully over the last 30+ years.

An alumni of Shri Ram College of Commerce in New Delhi with a Post Graduation Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), I have also done LLB from Law Faculty Delhi University.
