Here is a quick and simple demonstration video on how to replace the battery in your F250 key fob. This specific one is from a Ford F250 Superduty but any fob that looks similar to this one will have the same process. The process is fairly simple once you know where to place your screwdriver.

1) Press the button to pop out the key blade.
2) Insert small screwdriver in the notch shown in the video.
3) Pry the 2032 battery out where the little arrow is pointing.
4) Place in fresh / new 2032 battery.
5) Place back of fob back into place.
6) You're all set!
