Hauraki Gulf Kingfish - working the anchovy schools at Rakino Island

Great kingfish & snapper fishing around the anchovy schools at Rakino Island late in the season. Softbaits and micro jigs were scoring some great fish. The Hauraki Gulf / Auckland is such a great fishery for such a large population close by.
