I came forward with TP hand signal to suspend traffic from all direction(s) North-South-East-West, 12 noon, 6, 3, 9 pm, in order to safely extricate right-turning vehicle(s) already in the yellow box until fully clear before giving instruction for straight going vehicle(s) to proceed, however when the signal turned green, said straight-going motorists disregarded my instruction.
Their non-compliance to my instruction for safety, causes a serious safety breach which could potentially lead to road traffic accident which could further see mild to critical injuries, maybe even fatality (hyperbolically speaking).
Application of Road Traffic Act 1961, Section(s) 120 (1), (a), (2) to override traffic.
Application of Traffic Police hand signals, outlined in Section 115 of the Highway Code.
Thank goodness there was no accident.
Present to maintain law and order on the roadway, ensuring traffic is still smooth flowing with occasional overriding of traffic to clear congestion, when that particular side of the carriageway affected by the upstream tapering/ buffering is congesting up.

Got to dance and entertain in the center of the yellow box where the two yellow strips converge — Not bad for paying COE and road tax.
