EDDIE is one of Australian Dance Music’s best kept secrets. Debuting on deadmau5’ esteemed mau5trap label in 2017 with ’No Time’, followed by his Pipe Dream EP, EDDIE has quickly became a regular on the imprint with the release of his EP’s Spiritual Contraband in 2017, Bad Habits in 2018 and Blueprints in 2020, to much praise from tastemakers and the mau5trap Horde.
After being hand picked to join deadmau5’ cube tour lineup in North America and landing a spot on the mammoth Escapade line-up in Ottawa Canada, EDDIE was named on Youredm’s top 40 Artists to watch list at the top of 2020. Finding a new home for Australian bookings at Poster Child Agency, his debut run of shows in through January 2020 introduced EDDIE to his home country before COVID-19 placed a holder on the rest of the years grand plans.
Landing on Monstercat for 2 singles in mid April ‘Waiting’ & ‘Night Runners’ The latter found itself entertaining Rocket League players as the start up music for the game for the first week of its release! EDDIE Rounded out the year with 2 releases on No Mana’s debut Electromag compilation with mau5trap, and his second collaboration with global superstar REZZ, ‘Time’ as part of her album ‘Spiral’.
