What you will be needing
1 quart oil of choice but not olive oil
2lbs catfish nuggets
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
Few sprinkles of tony chacher’s no salt

In cornmeal mix i use regular tony chacher’s that does have salt but if you like salt just use regular tony chacher’s on fish instead of the no salt thats put directly on the fish

1 2/3 cups fine ground yellow cornmeal is best
1/4 all purpose flour
1 tsp seasoning salt I use lawry’s
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon tony chacher’s with salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
