Honda ATC 250R engine rebuild Rebuilding my buddies 3-wheeler engine a 1986 250R

I had the honor to rebuild an icon of an engine, A 1986 Honda ATC 250R 3-wheeler. This is my buddy Bills ATC 250R which he had since it was brand new. He pulled it out of the garage about a year ago to service it and get it up and running so he can ride it again. He did just that !!! but unfortunately while he was riding it hard the motor said nope, I'm tired it's time for a rebuild, It let him down by making a horrible noise. So that's why this 1986 Honda ATC 250R is in my shop to figure out what broke and rebuild the engine to get it back up and running. This video shows me tearing down the bike and figuring out what broke then fixing all back up and surprising Bill with his 1986 Honda ATC 250R. First time for me to work on one of these 3-wheelers so it will be a learning experience for me ....
