The beginning of a custom family house with enfilade. House Flipper

Is it viable to build a one-story house with enfilade and live there comfortably? I went to explore, and ''the first draft'' is the attempt to visualize my idea for this house using the Farm Flipper architect tool for building. The project turned out to be bigger than I thought and will undergo several changes in my future builds.
