Why another “Road” series bowling ball? Well, let’s talk about this for a hot minute. With the advancement of oil chemistry and the thickness of oil and lane conditions, technology that used to be effective for a specific purpose may no longer be effective due to these advancements. R2S Hybrid reactive isn’t as strong now a days as it was 12 years ago, due to the increase in oil volumes, this leading to the creating of the All-Road, with NRG Hybrid Reactive coverstock. Now, that doesn’t mean the HyRoad is a bad ball, because the history of the ball speaks for itself, the purpose that it once was used for, in certain situations just isn’t as effective. The creation of the All-Road will allow you to utilize the ball earlier on in the block because of the stronger cover.

I can see myself using the All-Road on all conditions, it’s just a matter of when the time is right. After two or three transitions occur on shorter, medium and longer patterns, the All-Road will come into play after an overly defined wet/dry lane condition has been created. The All-Road will blend this uneven lane conditions out to improve your chances of reaching the 1-3, pocket.
