About the Course Director:

Helen Moreton has over 25 years’ experience in the employee ownership sector. She spent 18 years at John Lewis Partnership and now works with EO businesses as an L&D professional, Master Coach, and NLP Practitioner. Helen holds Chair and Trustee roles across several employee owned organisations, supporting strong employee voice and governance.
