Following up on the release of his first EP on Madorasindahouse, Soulroots completes his endeavor with the album “Voices of Liberation”.

Continuing the streak of the all-star collaboration roster, the 10-track album features Troymusiq Mnqobi Yazo, Toshi, Soul Star & Muscardo, Chaleee, Lizwi, Native Tribe, Lelloh and Idd Aziz that add to the not-to-be-missed selection of Zakes Bantwini, West & Hill and Jackie Queens. Tracks of the album have already gained the acclaim of Keinemusik, Black Coffee, Eelke Kleijn and many more artists around the world.

Lush sounds, percussive trips, and hammering hits, are all included in the selection of afro house gems that create an hour-long escapist mood, suitable for a much needed dancefloor moment.

Voices of Liberation, the title track, features TroyMusiq, combines an uplifting melody with afro vocals, putting the listener in the mood for what is going to follow.

Lahloma consists of a hammering bassline, cinematic strings, African drums combined with melodic elements and is topped with the unique voice of Mnqobi Yazo.

Next up, the collaboration with queen Toshi. Mabali has a dark almost techno-like vibe. The passionately sung lyrics complete the track and will surely do massive damage to every dance floor.

Thando Lwethu, is one more feature of Soul Star, this time with Muscardo, continuing the streak of Vuka.

Adding to the mix the up-and-coming producer Chaleee, Soulroots includes the ever-growing Lizwi to create Izinyanda, one more trippy excursion to the afro house world.

Native Tribe contribute with their own unique sound, using Lelloh’s vocals to produce Choose You before the closing track of the album. Dogo Dogo, with none other than Idd Aziz is the final track of Voices of Liberation.
