1/4 cup water
1 small egg
Ube food color
Butter
Ube Paste Filling
Mozzarella Cheese

PROCESS OF COOKING:
First, in a measuring cup, add one hundred grams of Maya Hot Cake Mix.
Add one tablespoon of oil and one fourth cup of water, then add one small egg and mix it well; also add ube food color.
Mix again, then plug in the waffle maker, grease it with butter, and pour in the waffle mixture; for the filling, add ube paste filling and mozzarella cheese, then add more waffle mixture.
Cook each side for two minutes, then flip the waffle and repeat the process.
