The new KW Consumer App is now available in the App Store and in Google Play Store. Those contacts and people you had already installed your prior app will receive a notification to update their app at which time their old app will be replaced with the new app.

Many are concerned that the app will either not update with their information for their client or that when a client downloads the app it won't be branded to them.

The KW Consumer App is not an "agent branding" or customizing app from its appearance. The app has been designed with the consumer's interests and reflects the consumer's perception of value - which is NOT the agent's face or logo or information. The app is designed for a seamless search, buying/selling, and contact experience for the consumer.

You can and should ensure that you are connected with your clients, contacts, etc through your app, and this video explores some - not all - of the ways you can do that.
