Surah Al-Buruj | سورة البروج | Powerful Quran Recitation | Soothing Tilawat

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Surah Al-Buruj (سورة البروج) is the 85th chapter of the Holy Quran with 22 verses.
Verses 1–8 describe the oath by the sky full of constellations and the promised Day of Judgment.
It mentions the story of the People of the Ditch (Ashab al-Ukhdood) — those who were persecuted for believing in Allah, the Almighty, the Praiseworthy.

Reciting this Surah reminds us of steadfast faith, patience during trials, and Allah’s ultimate justice. It strengthens the believer’s heart against oppression and disbelief.

📖 Translation (partial):
“By the sky containing great stars, and by the promised Day, and [by] the witness and the witnessed, cursed were the companions of the trench — the fire full of fuel — when they were sitting near it, and they, to what they were doing against the believers, were witnesses. And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy.”
(Surah Al-Buruj 85:1–8)
