COP KILLER TOP TO BOTTOM - STILL A BIT WEAK AFTER INJURIES

Well my friends, I've been biking almost everyday since I got off my cast, I started with mellow rides and coaching a lot, which is perfect because it makes me work on all the basics and getting back riding strong again. So slowly, day by day, my confidence with my body increases and it's feeling better and better. There is no pain in my wrists and shoulders when I ride at this point, I'm super pumped.

I love Cop Killer in Penberton, it's one of my favourite, and this lap was a bit of a challenge, just to see my resistance during a long and rowdy run. The goal was to ride at a solid pace and taking it super chill in the gnarly section to not take any unecessary risks.

I'm pretty happy to be already able to ride this type of trail in one go at a pretty decent pace. Pumped to see that the work that I put on when I was injured is paying off !! Still some work to do and I'm really enjoyoing this phase of the process :).

Yesterday we went for a ride in Squamish, with Nate, Moto Max, Matt Tongue, Grant and Bridger... Things ramped up a bit, Can't wait to share our new game hahahah !!!
