Personally, I did not find the latter website helped me that much.

In my case the passenger I was collecting had walked out of the terminal and caught sight of me driving into Car Park 6. She phoned to ask what floor level I had parked on and came straight up in a lift to Level 4 to meet me. I was able to use a card to pay for the parking immediately at a machine next to the lifts (£5.00) and we were on our way.

The whole process took about 15 minutes.
