What is Karma? It is the Principle of Cause and Effect

Every intentional action, be it body, speech or mind, is like the seed you plant: It will grow when conditions are right. It will be the kind of fruit that you planted. As you sow, you shall reap.

As you are free to choose the kind of seed you wish to grow, choose prudently:

Sow as many good seeds as you can! Both in the world within and without.
